FP&A Project Specialist

Nieuw

The Organisation

Internationally operating group developing, customising and distributing apparel and promotional products, with activities across Europe (including France, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Spain). Products are sold globally through a network of distributors and resellers.

This PE-backed organisation employs approximately 2,500 FTE and combines production, supply chain and commercial activities across multiple countries. A key part of the proposition is product customisation, adding complexity to operations.

The business consists of multiple entities with different systems and ways of working and is currently in an integration and professionalisation phase, focused on harmonisation and realising synergies across the group.

A new CFO has recently joined and is centralising and building the finance organisation from Paris. The finance function across the entities currently consists of approximately 40 FTE and will be consolidated into one integrated structure.

The Position

As FP&A Project Specialist, you play a key role within an international integration and value creation case, focused on driving synergies, value creation and change management, with exposure to the CFO and the business. This role is based in Paris, where the central finance team is being built and further developed.
