This PE-backed organisation employs approximately 2,500 FTE and combines production, supply chain and commercial activities across multiple countries. A key part of the proposition is product customisation, adding complexity to operations.
The business consists of multiple entities with different systems and ways of working and is currently in an integration and professionalisation phase, focused on harmonisation and realising synergies across the group.
A new CFO has recently joined and is centralising and building the finance organisation from Paris. The finance function across the entities currently consists of approximately 40 FTE and will be consolidated into one integrated structure.
