For a large, established, international Private Equity investment company which is looking to expand its fund investment team in the Benelux we are looking for an Investment Associate. The company focus on investments in businesses where they can support growth and change. In partnering with, businesses and management teams get access to more than just capital – they work together to generate ideas on how to take a business forward and act as a catalyst for delivering change.
The company has the capability to commit over £100m of equity to a single investment from their fund and in partnership with their limited partners they could commit far more should a portfolio company require that through the life of an investment.
They typically make majority investments over periods of three to seven years in the business services, consumer and industrials sectors. They are flexible about the situations they target, and have extensive experience supporting management buyouts, corporate carve outs, growth equity, special situations and management succession.

The Investment Associate will focus on screening and executing new deals within the Benelux. You will also be involved within other deals across Europe and work close across a number of international offices.
